On May 2, 2023, the University of Piraeus, the Department of International and European Studies, and the Council for International Relations–Greece organized a lecture by David M. Pritchard, Associate Professor of Greek History, University of Queensland–Australia, and The Nantes Institute for Advanced Study on the topic “The Social Structure of Democratic Athens.”
Introductory remarks were addressed by Professor Aristotle Tziampiris, Professor of International Relations, Department of International and European Studies, University of Piraeus.
The panel of speakers included:
Professor George Th. Mavrogordatos, Department of Political Science and Public Administration, University of Athens (retired);
Professor Athanasios Platias, Professor of Strategy, University of Piraeus, President of CfIR-GR.
