On May 8, 2023, the Department of International and European Studies of the University of Piraeus and the Council for International Relations – Greece organized a lecture by Dr. Ariel (Eli) Levite, nonresident senior fellow, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace Nuclear Policy Program and Technology and International Affairs Program, on the topic “Reflections on cyberwarfare in light of the Ukrainian conflict.”
Introductory remarks were addressed by Aristotle Tziampiris, Professor of International Relations, Department of International and European Studies, University of Piraeus.

Marilena Koppa, Professor, Department of European, International and Area Studies, Panteion University, former Member of European Parliament;
Andrew Liaropoulos, Assistant Professor, Department of International and European Studies, University of Piraeus.
