On June 22, 2023, the Council for International Relations– Greece organized a discussion, as a part of the Ambassadors’ Forum, with H.E. Patrick Maisonnave, Ambassador of France to the Hellenic Republic, on the topic of “Greek-French Relations in Europe and the Eastern Mediterranean.” The discussion was held at the Pireaus Municipal Gallery.
Introductory remarks were addressed by Professor Michael Sfakianakis, Rector of the University of Piraeus, Professor Konstantina Botsiou, Dean, School of Economic, Business and International Studies, Director-General CfIR-GR, and Professor Aristotle Tziampiris, Professor of International Relations, Department of International and European Studies, University of Piraeus.
George Gennimatas, Ambassador (ad. Hon.), former Secretary General of the Presidency (tbc), Irene Cheila, Professor, Department of International and European Studies, University of Piraeus, and Dr. Christos Nikou, Senior Teaching Fellow, Department of International and European Studies, University of Piraeus contributed with their comments.
