On October 12, 2021, the Council for International Relations\u2013Greece, in collaboration with the Department of International & European Studies at the University of Piraeus, and the Department of European, International and Area Studies of Panteion University, hosted a hybrid discussion with Pierre Vimont, Ambassador of France and Ambassador of the European Carnegie Center, titled \u201cTransatlanticism and the EU\u2019s Indo-Pacific Strategy after AUKUS.\u201c <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Charles Maier, Professor at the Fletcher School of International Relations, Tufts University; Konstantinos Arvanitopoulos, Associate Professor of Comparative Policy at the Department of International, European and Regional Studies of Panteion University, Marilena Koppa, Associate Professor of Comparative Politics at the Department of European, International and Area Studies of Panteion University and Vassilis Trigas, Lecturer at Schwarzman College, Tsinghua University, participated in the discussion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event\u2019s primary objective was to discuss Europe\u2019s Indo- Pacific strategy following the trilateral security pact between Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
